Kaleigh joins third-year cast of PBS children’s show “ZOOM”
Kaleigh was chosen from over 2,500 8-13 year-olds to join the 7-member cast, in the third season of the Emmy nominated PBS children’s show, ZOOM. It is a National educational TV show for kids that teaches viewers to take an active approach to learning. It is developed by leading educators and advisors, with segments that follow a curriculum involving science, math language, visual arts and music. All the ideas are sent in by kids, and performed by kids. ZOOM originally debuted in the early 1970's until 1978, and was
brought back due to the popularity of the Internet, where kids can learn all about it at PBSkids.org. More than 2 million viewers have sent in games, poems, jokes, recipes, chats and videos, that the ZOOM cast shares with its audience. Kaleigh was lucky to be cast for a second year as well, and it has been a fabulous experience all around.
“Kaleigh was a fabulous Zoom cast member: bright, flexible, tremendously reliable with her material, eager to take direction, and fearless in the face of challenge…a wonderful person as well as performer.” - Mara Sidmore, Drama Coach, ZOOM Children's Series, PBS Television

"Kaleigh is more than easy to work with, she is a joy. Besides her attractive appearance on screen and her enormous talent, she brings a natural ease that I particularly value. And she can think on her feet. I'd love to work with her again." - Skip Blumberg, Producer, In Motion Productions, NYC
