In the middle of the blizzard, The Monarch's were hot!

The Monarch's, AHL Hockey team upset St. John's Flames (Canada) in a 4-1 President's day victory, while the season's biggest blizard was dropping two feet of snow outside the Verizon Center Arena. At the start of the game, Kaleigh Cronin sang both The Canadian National Anthem, and The Star Spangled Banner.
